Akufo-Addo Will Solve All Problems Confused NDC Created For Ghanaians – Maame Yaa Aboagye

NPP Deputy Communications Director, Maame Yaa Aboagye has asked the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to enjoy their time in opposition as they cannot rule Ghana in their confused state.

Members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have called on Ghanaians to feed the party with new ideas towards their manifesto for the 2020 general elections.

The party has scheduled from now till December 7 this year to receive the input of all interested Ghanaians.

In a statement signed by Deputy General Secretary, Peter Boamah Otokunor said; “the objective is to develop a ‘Grassroots Manifesto’ driven by the need to give meaning to our social democratic principles of inclusivity and mass participation in the pursuit of growth and development of our country”. “The 2020 manifesto Committee of the National Democratic Congress in its bid to develop a ‘Peoples Manifesto’ that speaks to the direct needs and concerns of the people, wishes to announce the request for Policy Memoranda from the general public, Civil Society Organizations, Trade Unions, Associations and other identifiable groups in the country,” portion of the statement said.

Maame Yaa Aboagye believes the NDC is better off on the opposition bench after the party revealed its intent to solicit views of Ghanaians to work on their manifesto.

“We thank God that NDC will now acknowledge that we have very good ideas and policies for Ghana’s development.

But if they are confused and lack ideas of their manifesto why will they want to come back to power?… Our government will deal with all the problems their confused government left behind to put Ghana in a better state as a country moving forward,” she stated at an NPP Press Conference held yesterday, 4th November, 2019 in Accra.

Maame Yaa Aboagye also implored Ghanaians to vote and retain NPP in 2020 to continue the good works of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
