He stated damning personal attacks and criticisms that he will repeat it any day if given the platform that the NPP is the best thing to have happened to both Dagbon and Mamprugu irrespective of the fact that others agree with him or not.

It is the party for these two groups”.

According to him, it is the only party that has brought about meaningful development to these areas but expressed hope that government will continue to support every household to embark of the religious exercise of pilgrimage.

Meanwhile, Vice President Dr Mahamamudu Bawumia has assured his residents of the region which happens to be his home region that they will never lag behind in terms of development.

Bunkpurugu-Nalerigu road within a month we will start, the Gbintri-Nalerigu road, Wulugu-Kpasenkpe road, Yagaba-Mankarigu road, Chereponi township roads, Namang-Burugu-Dimia-Karaga link road and one of my favourites the Misio-Prima Bridge”, he listed some of the projects earmarked for execution.

He stressed “Ladies and gentlemen, what you can tell without any fear of contradiction is that with the government of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo…the development projects that are coming to the North East Region have no comparator in any government in the history of Ghana.
