Ashanti Regional Chairman for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Bernard Antwi Bosiako has lauded President Akufo-Addo for lifting the 3 – week old ban on movement saying he can be president in any country.
According to him, the lifting of the lockdown has brought ecstasy to Ghanaians and it shows that all was not well with them.
“President has done well by lifting the lockdown. It was frustrating. He wants to protect lives and properties”, He told Oheneba Nana Asiedu in a panel discussion on Wontumi Radio which was also carried live on Wontumi Tv in Kumasi.
On the same show was Nana Baffour Oteatuoso, Kokoben II , he expressed happiness about the lifting of the lockdown the and urged the public to put a stop to stigmatization of Covid-19 patients.
” In Ghana when you are doing something right you will get someone to sabotage you, ” he noted.
“This one too shall pass”, he borrowed from the President.
Ghana as at Monday, 20/04/202 morning has recorded a positive cases of 1,042 with 9 deaths and 99 recoveries.
