CEO of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital tests positive for COVID-19

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Dr Daniel Asare has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.

Dr Asare, according to information gathered by GHANA BREAKING NEWS has been away from the facility for ten days now after testing positive.

Three staff of the facility have also gone on self-isolation as a result of this.

Several high profile persons and government ministers have so far tested positive for the disease.

Education Minister, Matthew Opoku Prempeh is isolating at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) after coming into contact with an infected person.
