he General Secretary of the All People’s Congress (APC), Francis Ayariga has expressed strong optimism that the party will be declared as winners of the general polls after the December 7.
Speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, he said Ghanaians are tired of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He noted the party has conducted enough grounds work and from what they have gathered, the APC was the only party of choice Ghanaians want to govern the nation. The party he added has adopted safety measures towards their campaign in the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections. He said ”just like the COVID-19 has changed how we do things the 2020 general elections would also help us change the face of Ghana’s politics and usher in a new APC government”.
He was worried the media over the years gave the two major parties the opportunity and deprived the other parties the same chance.
To him, the outbreak of Covid-19 which has made of difficult for large campaigns will determine who is really, capable of winning the polls.
