The Police and Military have prevented a 52-year-old woman, Abigail Rawlings Mawutor who claims to be the daughter of Ghana’s former President, Jerry John Rawlings from entering the Accra International Conference Centre where the mortal remains of Mr. Rawlings had been laid.
