Senior Lecturer with the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Dr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey has warned former President Mahama not to wade into issues of taxes since he left behind a rotten record as President.
Speaking on the Wontumi Morning Show, Dr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey further cautioned the failed flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) not to rely on his social media handles to take a swipe at the Akufo-Addo led government since he would always be exposed.
In celebrating workers on May Day, former President John Mahama urged the government to ensure a stable supply of power and water.
He also talked about taxes noting that “Incidentally, an increase in existing taxes & introduction of new ones, and which take effect from today, May Day, is leading to steep rises in the prices of fuel, food & every basic item.”
