Twene Jonas is reported to have passed a derogatory comment about Otumfuor Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene which did not sit well with the indegines on social media.
In a video that went viral after the incident, a shirtless man is seen raining curses on the social commentator.
The social commentator had touched on Otumfuor’s assertion that 30 percent of the people who were gathered at his palace were involved in illegal mining and they know themselves.
In reaction to the video, an unperturbed Twene Jonas suggested to the man he could have used eggs to treat his bloated belly.
