Notorious “Sakawa Boy” Arrested, ‘Wee’ Farm Detected In His House

A 26-year-old notorious “Sakawa boy” has been arrested by the Akyem Kwabeng Police command in the Atiwa West District in the Eastern Region.

The alleged internet fraudster David Egbert, 26, was arrested by Police while in a house embarking on Cyber fraud.

Police retrieved two HP laptops, one Ipad phone, seven jars containing particles of leaves suspected to be Indian hemp, two toffees suspected to have been laced with Indian hemp, one Huawei terbonet, one itel terbonet, one MTN terbonet, one digital microscope, one Samsung power bank, two laptop chargers, two lightning systems, and their chargers.

The suspect according to mybrytfmonline.com sources of information was arrested upon a tip-off that, the suspect and his accomplices were engaging in internet fraud in a house.

A search was conducted in the suspect’s house and police found that the suspect had cultivated plants suspected to be Cannabidiol in two of his uncompleted four-bedroom apartment.

The suspect is in police custody while efforts are underway to arrest his accomplices.
