Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah acquires Ghana passport

Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has reportedly gotten Ghanaian passport ahead of an impending switch of nationality.

According to reports, the young attacker had his Ghanaian passport on Tuesday afternoon through the Ghana Embassy in UK. His supposed nationality switch process at FIFA is expected to begin this month and he will be available to play for the Black Stars in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers as well as the Mundial in Qatar.

Nketiah has played for all the English age groups national teams and he is their top scorer at u21 level with 16 goals in seventeen games.
