A formal complaint has been lodged at the Federal Bureau of
Investigations (FBI) in America against Member of Parliament (MP) for
Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, MyNewsGh.com reports.
Kevin Ekow Baidoo Taylor, a social and political media commentator is
accusing the controversial New Patriotic Party (NPP) lawmaker of
contracting Daniel Asiedu to assassinate former Member of Parliament for
Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah Adu.
Daniel Asiedu alias Sexy Dondon is the main suspect in the murder of JB
Danquah Adu, former MP for Abuakwa North and is currently standing trial
with one other for it.
On his With All Due Respect show on Facebook Wednesday, Kevin Taylor
stated that he has reported Kennedy Agyapong to the Federal Bureau of
Investigations ( FBI) over the matter.
“I have formally reported you to the FBI…you can’t escape this,” he revealed.
According to Kevin Taylor, the head the Criminal Investigations
Department ( CID) of the Ghana Police Service, the Attorney-General, and
the Prosecutor of the JB Danquah Adu murder case all know that Daniel
Asiedu confessed to having been contracted by Kennedy Agyapong to murder
the late MP in his statement to the police.
“This guy (Kennedy Agyapong) per the statement by Sexy Dondon, Daniel
Asiedu, he actually contracted Daniel Asiedu to kill JB Danquah,” Kevin
Taylor alleged in his broadcast.
He then challenged the CID boss, the Attorney General and the prosecutor
to deny his claim so that he can provide the evidence for all to see.
“I speak with facts. I want the Ghana Police Service, the CID Boss, I
want the Attorney General and I want inspector Augustus Nkrumah, these
three people to come out and say what I am saying is a lie and that we
have a different statement and I will prove to Ghanaians that these
people are liars and they’re covering up for Kennedy Agyapong,” he
challenged.
Kevin Taylor has been a fierce critic of the Akufo-Addo administration and its appointees and members.
