VGMA lifts ban on Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy

The Board of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) has officially lifted the ban imposed on Ghanaian dancehall artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

This was contained in a press release dated February 12, 2021.

The two were banned in 2019 after a brawl sparked by the two artists during the 20th VGMA Awards Ceremony interrupted the ceremony and threatened the safety of patrons.
