Court to declare Castro legally dead on July 5, 2021

Missing Highlife Legend, Theophilus Tagoe popularly known as Castro D Destroyer or Under Fire will on the 7th of July be declared death after long wait.

The ‘Seihor’ hitmaker went missing on the 6th of July, 2014 after a jet ski trip to Ada Beach and Estuary together with video vixen Janet Bandu.

While some say he is still alive spotted on several occasions in Togo, other rumors say he’s in Nigeria and South Africa respectively.

Evidence Acts of Ghana, 1975, Section 3 states that a person can only be declared legally dead after seven years by a court, where the person in question has not been seen or heard from in seven years despite diligent and persistent efforts to find him.

This means both lost personalities will be declared death after 7th July, 2021.

Castro before his disappearance has served music lovers with hit songs like “African Girls”, “Adonai”, “Toffee, “Comm Centre”, “Sradenam”, “Odo Pa”, “Boneshaker”, “Back and Front” and many other amazing songs.

He’s also known for grooming top notch artistes like Screw Face and Kofi Kinaata.

Ghanaians indeed miss him for his great song.
