Information gathered by www.sankofaradio.com indicates that, Prince Yawson who was also known as Awakye is dead. He is said to have passed on earlier today.
The 60-year-old has been off the acting scene since he suffered stroke sick and has been recovering steadily from his ailment. Waakye is a divorcee with two beautiful daughters. Waakye became famous during the popular TV Drama series “Obra” which was shown on the National Television GTV. He starred in popular movies like Ogboo and Man Woman.
He has also featured in most of Harry Laud’s productions and series like Jagger Pee series and the Living Arts Show.
