Sandra Ababio has cleared the air on relationship rumours surrounding herself and actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin – and she shockingly revealed she initially had no interest in his advances1
Ababio appeared on United Showbiz Saturday alongside the man himself, Lilwin, who was also a guest on the action packed show.
Sandra was asked the big question – has there ever been a relationship between herself and Lilwin because the streets sure seem convinced there has.
Sandra couldn’t really answer the question, pivoting instead to talk about the outsized role Lilwin played in getting her into Kumawood.
According to her, Lilwin practically forced her to join Kumawood because she wasn’t interested. She said he begged her multiple times to join the industry and she kept turning down his advances until she eventually gave in.
Ababio added that despite being Ashanti, she’s Accra born and bred and practically knew no one in Kumasi hence Lilwin became her point of contact in everything she did – sparking the rumours.
