BET award winner, Black Sherif has visited the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, at his residence in Accra.
This comes after he was officially adjudged the winner of the 2023 BET HipHop Awards ‘Best International Flow’ category.
He beat nine other rappers for the award, including three other African artists: Aka and K.O from South Africa and Sampa The Great from Zimbabwe, to win the award.
In a video which has gone viral, the ‘Kweku The Traveller’ rapper was seen kneeling at the feet of the National Chief Imam as they prayed together.
