Coronavirus: Non-Ghanaians are barred from traveling to Ghana

Ghana has finally taken precautionary measures to contain the spread of coronavirus.

The measures were announced by the Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah at a press conference today.

Announcing to the press, Kojo Nkrumah said all travels to Ghana is strongly discouraged.

He then announced that Non-Ghanaian citizens who within last 14 days have travelled to countries with more than 200 confimed COVIDー19 cases barred from Ghana.

Even with Ghanaian citizens or people with residents permits, they will be quarantined for 14 days when they arrive in Ghana.
