The Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service has confirmed that no one has stepped forward to bail the acclaimed man of God Bishop Daniel Obinim and upon his arrest. The court granted him a court bail of GHS 100,000.00.
In a radio interview on ADOM FM monitored by www.sankofaradio.com, DSP Ms Juliana Obeng, the PRO of the CID of the service, it hinted the Head Pastor of International God’s Way Church was on Tuesday arrested and arranged before an Accra Magistrate Court for breaching the sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences order act of the 1992 Acts 1960(Act 29) but requirements are yet to be satisfied.
