Ghanaian giants, Asante Kotoko have unveiled new head coach Mariano Barreto in a post on the club’s Twitter page.
The club on Friday morning announced that they have appointed the Portuguese tactician as their new head coach ahead of the second round of the 2020/2021 football season.
This follows weeks of speculation where the club has been in the hunt for a new head coach to replace interim boss Johnson Smith.
On the back of successful talks, Asante Kotoko has today finally unveiled Mariano Barreto as the new head coach taking over.
