Shatta Wale, Medikal and some others who spent the last few days in prison custody for various crimes were granted bail yesterday.
Shatta Wale was arrested and remanded into prison custody for faking a gun attack on him while members of his team were also arrested for their part in the hoax. Medikal on the other hand was detained for brandishing a weapon on social media.
The duo amongst some others went to the beach shortly after they were granted bail.
In a video, the celebrities went to take bath in the sea.
Though it is not clear why they did that but netizens speculated that to wash away their iniquities or a sign of repentance.
While their team members and relatives stood and waited for them on the rocks near the sea, the four of them prayed in the sea before rejoining them on the beach.
