President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been advised to convene a “non-partisan emergency rescue forum” to save the cedi from further depreciation.

Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa in a tweet says the President needs to call off his regional tours because there’s a “major national security threat” (cedi fall).

In addition, he insists the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta must go; a call President Akufo-Addo disagrees with.
