Former Minister of Youth and Sports and current Director of Elections for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Elvis Afriyie Ankrah has rated former President John Kufuor above President Akufo-Addo, stressing that the difference between the two leaders is as crystal clear as that between light and darkness.
“I don’t agree with him (President Kufuor) in many ways and I give him a lot of trouble. But between President Kufuor and President Nana Addo, the difference is like the difference between light and darkness,” he stated on PanAfrican TV.
He is of the opinion that President Akufo-Addo has disappointed many Ghanaians as President of the Republic because he has failed woefully to meet expectations and his ratings before he assumed the Presidency.
