NDC Primaries: Baba Sadiq wins Okaikoi Central

Music and media executive, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu has been elected the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Okaikoi Central.

The former CEO of 3Media Networks has been elected to lead Okaikoi Central in the 2024 general elections during the party’s primaries on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

He accumulated 682 votes out 1,056 total votes.

Meanwhile, Sam Narteh George has been re-elected as the parliamentary candidate for Ningo Prampram.

The incumbent MP defeated his fierce contender, Michael Kwettey Nettey with 1036 votes in the hotly contested parliamentary primary.

Mr Kwettey managed 626 of the total votes cast.

In Adentan constituency, Adamu Ramadan was maintained beating renowned lawyer Nana Oye Bampoe Addo in the keenly contested race.
