Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, former Minister of Education and MP for Bosomtwe, has announced a bold policy proposal as part of his presidential ambitions—pledging to enroll a minimum of 100 students from every constituency each year into engineering programs if elected president.
This initiative, he explained, would form a cornerstone of a broader plan to tackle unemployment and push industrialization through technical and vocational training.
Dr. Adutwum made this announcement during an interview on Wontumi TV’s morning show, where he officially declared his intention to contest the NPP’s flagbearer position ahead of the 2028 general elections.
“I will surely contest the NPP flagbearer race and lead the party to victory in the 2028 elections,” he confidently stated.
